Herb Schwartzkopf
Quartermaster/Adjutant - Navy
Herb Schwartzkopf has been a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars for
38 years and is a Gold Legacy Life member.
He has previously served in
many offices, including Post Commander, Quartermaster, District
Commander, State Surgeon and State Commander.
Herb earned his
eligibility through service in the US Navy in Vietnam from 1970 to 1972.
He was the 69th recipient of the Triple Crown Award and the first and
only in Kansas.
